Supply Chain Manager

Tulip Tech is a Dutch manufacturer of high-performance batteries for drones. Its technology enables UAVs to fly 30–100% longer than with standard batteries and is already used by Ukrainian military units and leading UAV companies.

The company is rapidly scaling its operations in Ukraine, the Netherlands, across Europe, and the United States, with a mission to strengthen European security and support Ukraine's fight for independence.

As Supply Chain Manager in Ukraine, you will own warehousing, planning and logistics for our Ukrainian operation. You will make sure inbound and outbound flows run predictably, that stock levels match production and customer demand, and that our cross-border shipments between the Netherlands and Ukraine move without delay.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You will work closely with production, commercial and leadership teams in Ukraine and with supply chain colleagues in the Netherlands to build a supply chain that can keep pace with rapid growth.

What you will achieve:

• Take full ownership of warehousing in Ukraine, including goods receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, cycle counting and outbound dispatch.

• Plan and schedule inbound and outbound logistics, including cross-border shipments between the Netherlands and Ukraine, customs documentation and carrier coordination.

• Build demand and supply forecasts that keep stock levels aligned with production schedules and customer commitments, and prevent both shortages and excess inventory.

• Manage relationships with local suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers, and improve lead times, cost and reliability.

• Set up clear supply chain processes, reporting and KPIs for the Ukrainian operation and keep them aligned with the wider Tulip Tech organization.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting, with the ability to translate production and sales input into reliable schedules.

• Hands-on warehousing experience, including inventory control and responsibility for stock accuracy.

• Experience building a supply chain function from the ground up in a scaling company.

• Experience coordinating international shipments, freight forwarders and customs or import and export documentation.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and B2 English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in defence, UAVs, aerospace, electronics or another technical industry.

• Familiarity with dual-use goods, export control requirements or defence-related import procedures.

• Experience working with ERP or WMS systems and improving the data quality behind them.

• Experience working with international teams across multiple countries.
