A day in our office
You walk into the office, and the lab is right there. Not down a separate corridor. Right there.
That is deliberate. The distance between a decision and a physical result is measured in hours, not weeks. When something needs to change, it changes. When a test reveals a problem, the response is the same day. That pace is not accidental. It is how we built.
Tulip Tech is a manufacturing company. That means decisions have physical consequences, and the people who make them are close to the floor. Engineers, production staff, and operations work in the same space. A question gets answered by walking ten metres, not by scheduling a meeting.
The work moves fast because the stakes are real. A battery that does not perform is a drone that does not fly. So we test everything, document everything, and when something is not right, we fix it before it moves further down the line.
Work here is direct. If you think something is wrong with an approach, you say so and you back it up. If your argument holds, it moves forward. If it does not, you will hear exactly why.
